This direct mailpack – a Christmas pack for World Horse Welfare – was based on a great case study we got from talking to stable girls while visiting the charity’s stables up near Inverness (never underestimate the value of talking to the people who are really close to a brand or the work that they do.) Wanting to turn the warm & fuzzy Christmas-ness up to 11, I did a series of watercolours one weekend to illustrate the story. Combined with the longform poem that sat at the heart of the pack, the campaign went on to become the charity’s best-ever performing Christmas pack.
